PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
One-piece high-carbon Japanese steel offers easy edge maintenance and rapid sharpening for a razor-sharp edge. The raised Santoprene textured handle offers an improved grip and greater comfort and has a protective finger guard. The textured finger points provide slip resistance, grip, and safety. The ergonomic handle is made from a combination of Santoprene for comfort and polypropylene for durability. The wavy edge features teeth along the blade edge to easily penetrate the tough outer crust or skin of the food being cut while protecting the soft inner part from tearing.
