The Yanagiba knife is specially designed for filleting fish and cutting meat. They are made with a very minimalist design. The hexagonal handle is made from laminated, reinforced wood. With its classic design, not only is the knife a functional addition to the kitchen, but it also looks luxurious on the countertop.
