It is specially designed for cutting decorative ornaments from fruits and vegetables. The Kai Shun White all-purpose knife lies wonderfully in the hand and ensures safe and fatigue-free work. KAI SHUN WHITE ALL-PURPOSE KNIFE - CARE Rinse the Kai Shun White knife with lukewarm water immediately after use and then dry it carefully with a tea towel (cotton). The spiciness is thus retained for a long time. Kai Shun White knives are not suitable for the dishwasher. The handle of the knife can occasionally be embedded with a vegetable oil, such as linseed oil or coconut oil. KAI SHUN WHITE - DAMASCUS KNIFE SERIES The Shun chef's knife series is one of the most extensive Damascus knife series in the world and is very popular with the culinary elite and ambitious amateur chefs. Shun professional chef's knives are made of a specially developed, stainless Damascus steel with 32 layers. The inner layer is made of V-Gold-10 steel. This steel is extremely corrosion-resistant, extremely hard (611 HRC, 1.0% carbon, 1.5% cobalt) and, with appropriate care, keeps the blade permanently sharp.
